Privacy
KeyPop Studio is run by (owner name). This page explains what we collect and why. Short version: your designs never leave your device, and we keep only what's needed to run your account.
Your designs stay on your device
The design tools run entirely in your browser. Names, designs, uploaded fonts and the files you make are not uploaded to us; they are saved in your browser's storage until you clear it.
What we collect
- Your email address, when you create an account, to sign you in and to send messages about your account or subscription.
- Download counts: how many print files you've downloaded this month and the file type (such as 3MF). Not the file, the design, or the names in it.
- Subscription status from Stripe (plan, renewal date, a Stripe customer ID). We never see or store your full card number.
- A sign-in cookie that keeps you signed in for 30 days. It is the only cookie we set; there are no advertising or tracking cookies.
- Server logs kept by our host, such as IP address and pages requested, for security and to keep the site running.
Who processes it for us
- Cloudflare hosts the site and stores the account database.
- Stripe handles payments and receipts (Stripe privacy policy).
- Resend delivers sign-in emails.
We don't sell your data or share it for advertising.
How long we keep it
Account data stays until you delete your account. Sign-in codes expire after 15 minutes. Payment records are kept by Stripe for as long as tax law requires.
Your choices
You can delete your account anytime from your account page (cancel Pro first). That removes your email, download counts and sessions from our database. To get a copy of your data or ask a question, email us.
Children
The site isn't directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their data.
